About Tyler:
Over the past six years, I have honed my skills in sales and territory development within the tool and die industry. This experience has provided me with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in this field, allowing me to effectively drive growth and build strong customer relationships.
Before transitioning to the tool and die industry, I worked for a well-established company with 34 years of expertise in the Tier II OEM automotive sector. During my time there, I gained comprehensive knowledge of running a manufacturing business, including overseeing part production, navigating ISO 9001 quality certifications, and fostering strong customer relationships. My role as a sales support/call center manager was marked by a series of promotions, reflecting my ability to quickly acquire advanced skills and consistently exceed performance goals.
In early 2015, I relocated back to Northwest Ohio from Chicago, taking on a pivotal role with the aforementioned Tier II OEM automotive company. This experience further solidified my expertise in manufacturing operations and quality management, preparing me for future challenges in the tool and die industry.
Since joining Maull Tool and Die Supply in January 2018, I have leveraged my extensive industry knowledge to contribute to the company's growth. My background includes working for one of the largest die-building companies in the industry until 2022, where I collaborated closely with many of Maull’s current customers. This experience has provided me with valuable insights into customer needs and expectations, enabling me to deliver exceptional service and solutions that meet the highest industry standards.
